How to treat anemia with diet

Anemia
This is a very common disorder of the blood. It is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood is low.  Hemoglobin is an oxygen-carrying protein present inside the red blood cells and it helps in the supply of oxygen to various parts of the body. Women have more danger of getting anemia due to many factors. There are different kinds of anemia caused by several reasons and are divided into following groups.
Types and Causes of anemia
Different types of anemia and their causes are:
*       Iron deficiency anemia. It is the very common type of anemia. Iron deficiency anemia is caused by a lack of iron in the body. The bone marrow found in the flat bones like the pelvis, sternum. and cranium etc needs iron to make hemoglobin. So iron is needed to make enough hemoglobin for red blood cells.
This type of anemia is common in pregnant women. It may be caused due to         many other reasons, like
1.   Use of pain killer medicines like Aspirin
2.   Some type of ulcer
3.   Some type of cancer
4.   Heavy menstrual bleeding
*      Vitamin deficiency anemia. Other than iron, your body needs folate and vitamin B-12 to produce enough healthy red blood cells. A diet that does not contain these and other key nutrients can cause decreased red blood cell production.
people may consume enough B-12, but their bodies aren't able to use it. This can lead to vitamin deficiency anemia, also known as pernicious anemia.
*       Sickle cell anemia. It is an inherited condition in which red blood cells are deformed. It's caused by a defective form of hemoglobin that forces red blood cells to assume an abnormal crescent (sickle) shape. These de-shaped red blood cells die prematurely, resulting in a chronic shortage of red blood cells.
*      Aplastic anemia. This rare, life-threatening anemia occurs when your body doesn't produce sufficient amount of red blood cells. Some important causes of aplastic anemia are:
1.   Autoimmune diseases
2.   Some type of medicines
3.   Some type of infection
4.   Exposure to toxic chemicals

*       Anemia due to chronic disease. Some diseases like cancer, HIV/AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney disease, and other chronic inflammatory diseases may also interfere with the production of red blood cells.
*       Anemia associated with bone marrow disease. A variety of diseases, such as leukemia can affect the production of blood in the bone marrow.
*       Hemolytic anemia. This type of group of anemia develops when red blood cells are destroyed faster than bone marrow can produce them. Certain blood disorders increase red blood cell destruction.
