Germs are all around us.Hands may take germs from your hands to skin.So always try to avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. It can spread bacteria. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring.

4. Avoid sun exposure

 Sun exposure can trigger a lot of skin disorders.The sun's ultraviolet rays can damage the skin. Some acne products may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid sunlight especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and wear protective clothing, such as a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and a broad-brimmed hat. Apply a sunscreen while going out of the home.
5. Feed your skin. 

Always try to use a well-balanced diet, that has all the important food constituents, like proteins, carbohydrates, multivitamins, and essential minerals.Dairy products and foods high in processed sugar may trigger acne. So always try to avoid these. Fruits and vegetables are good for health, due to important ingredients present in them.Try to use fruits and vegetables. These are good for health.
6. Take regular exercise. 

 Regular exercise is good for the body. Do not put tight clothes during exercise. It may cause irritation.Exercise keeps your whole body in a good tone.By taking regular exercise, you are making it sure that extra fat is not stored in the body.
7 Try to get relaxed. 

It is a proven fact that stress can cause many problems including acne.Stress can cause many health issues, like high blood pressure, gastric disorder, and anxiety. as well as acne problem. So try to get fresh and happy.

8 Get a facial massage
